- Luggage tags should be available at the Sun Country desk at the airport. You can download and print a luggage tag using the link below. If they are not available at the airport, please make sure your first and last name is on your checked bag, along with the city you're departing from.
- This letter serves as your travel document. A government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, is required of each passenger. Without a photo ID, you will be denied boarding

Upon Arrival
- Upon arrival into Atlantic City International Airport, you will be directed to the buses for your transportation to Beau Rivage.
- Upon arrival at the hotel you will be met by a representative of Beau Rivage who will assist with check-in procedures.
- Beau Rivage Casino & Resort requires a credit card at check-in.
- After check-in you may proceed to your room, grab a meal, or begin gambling and let the fun begin!
- You do not need to pick up your luggage upon arrival to the Beau Rivage. Your luggage will be delivered within two hours after you arrive. You do not need to be in your room for the delivery.
- Upon arrival into Atlantic City International Airport, you will be directed to the buses for your transportation to Harrah’s or Tropicana.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check in with a representative of Caesars who will present you with your room packets.
- Instructions regarding the departure procedures will be included in your room packet.
- After you have received your packet, you may proceed directly to your room. Your luggage will be delivered within 2 hours after you arrive. You do not need to be in your room for the delivery.
- Upon arrival into Gulfport/Biloxi Airport, transportation will be waiting outside in the bus-staging area.
- Checked baggage will be transported to the hotel from the airport and will be delivered to your hotel room after arrival.
- Harrah’s will use the credit card used at the time of booking for the $100 hotel deposit. A deposit will be authorized to the card on the day of arrival.
- Upon arrival at the hotel you will be met by a representative of Harrah’s who will present you with your room packets. Instructions regarding the departure procedures will be included in with your room packet.
- Your luggage will be delivered within 2-3 hours after you arrive. You do not need to be in your room for the delivery.
- You DO NOT have to claim your luggage if your flight arrives to the airport BEFORE 8:00PM. The airline will deliver it to the luggage handling truck; please ensure that it is tagged. If your flight arrives AFTER 8:00PM you will be responsible for the transportation of your luggage.
- Upon arrival into Atlantic City International Airport, you will be directed to the buses for your transportation to Harrah’s or Tropicana.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check in with a representative of Caesars who will present you with your room packets.
- Instructions regarding the departure procedures will be included in your room packet.
- After you have received your packet, you may proceed directly to your room. Your luggage will be delivered within 2 hours after you arrive. You do not need to be in your room for the delivery.
- If you need assistance with your luggage to your rooms after 8:00 PM, Bell Services will be available at the Front Desk area. Hotel check-in requires a valid photo ID and a credit card for a refundable deposit. At Harrah’s Resort and Caesars, the deposit is $150 for the stay. At Tropicana, the deposit is $100 for the stay. Cash deposits and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
- Upon arrival into Atlantic City International Airport, you will be directed to the buses for your transportation to Horseshoe Tunica.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check in with a representative of Caesars who will present you with your room packets.
- Instructions regarding the departure procedures will be included in your room packet.
- After you have received your packet, you may proceed directly to your room. Your luggage will be delivered within 2 hours after you arrive. You do not need to be in your room for the delivery.
- Upon arrival in Atlantic City International Airport, you need to go to baggage claim to collect your bags. You will need to bring your bag to the bus for transportation.
- A Caesars Entertainment greeter will be waiting by doors D; the greeter will direct you to your shuttle for transportation to Silver Legacy, Harrah’s or Harvey’s.
- You are responsible for claiming your luggage from the bus and delivery to your room.
- If you are renting a car or using other transportation, please let us know ahead of time so the shuttle is not held up waiting for you.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check in with a representative of Caesars who will present you with your room packets.

Sun Country Luggage policy
- The air carrier allows each passenger to bring on the Charter Flight 1 piece of checked baggage no larger than 62 inches in linear dimension or heavier than 50 pounds. Carry-on luggage is restricted to one overhead bag, 24”x 16”x 11” and one small personal item that MUST fit under the seat.
- An additional bag is allowed for medical equipment, mobility equipment and sporting equipment. Please let us know if you plan to bring an additional bag for medical equipment, mobility equipment and sporting equipment.
- Please do not put medications, electronics or any necessary medical equipment in your checked baggage. Please utilize carryon luggage for any and all medications.

Tour Participation Agreement
- You should have received an email directly from Caesars Entertainment confirming your reservation. Contact us if you do not receive your email.
- In the CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT EMAIL under TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS you must click “ACCEPT” for their terms and conditions (Tour Participation Agreement) of this charter flight.
- Tour Participation Agreement must be accepted within 7 days of booking and prior to first date of travel or your booking is subject to cancellation.

Caesars Rewards Player Card
- While at Harrah’s, it is very important to remember to use your Players Card to be eligible for: Discounted Trips, Future comped trips, Free Entertainment, Free Meals, Caesars Rewards Program Prizes
- If you charge all meals and drinks to your room account, you may be eligible to have the charges deducted from your bill, based on your average bet and length of play, upon check-out. Any available Reward Credits will be used PRIOR TO additional comps. If you decide to use your Rewards Credits for room charges, you will need to let the front desk know at check-out.
MGM Rewards Players Club Cards
- Please bring your current player card with you. Replacement cards can always be obtained at a kiosk in the casino or at the MGM Rewards Players Club desk.
- It is strongly suggested that, while on property, you proceed to the MGM Rewards desk to get your accounts linked if they are not already linked. If you are not sure if your cards are linked, it is best to double check with them.

MGM Rewards Express Comps Information
- Express Comps is the comping system at all MGM Resorts. Available Express Comps can be viewed by the guest at a Beau Rivage kiosk, on the slot machine being played or at www.mgmresorts.com.
- Express Comps are earned based on casino play. Express Comps are available for each guest to use towards their food and beverage expenses, or at the front desk for qualified charges that may have been posted to a guest’s hotel room.
- Express Comps will carry over from trip to trip but can expire under certain circumstances. For Sapphire MGM Rewards players – Express Comps will expire if there is no activity on the card within a 6-month period. For Gold, Platinum, and Noir players – Express Comps will expire if there is no activity within a 12-month period.

Cancellation Policy
- Passengers will forfeit their non-refundable $60 Reservation Fee if they cancel their reservation at any time.
- Changes made within 14 days of flight date will result in a total fee of $250 per person. If your credit card does not have sufficient funds, your Express Comps will be charged the fee.
- The following cancellation fees apply for both paid and comp packages. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to the flight, the cancellation policies are $400. If you are a comped player and do not show up for the flight, you will be charged $400. See Caesars Rewards Air TPA for complete cancellation penalties and.
New Jersey State Travel Tourism Fee
- Please be advised that offers do not include $5.27 per night NJ State Travel Tourism Fee and the daily $2.27A.C. Occupancy Surcharge (this includes paid and complimentary offers). These fees will be charged to your room account.
2024 Next Day Free Slot Play Program
- Beginning January 1, 2024 ALL Caesars reward members who play at Caesars, Harrah’s Resort and/or Tropicana in Atlantic City will automatically qualify for next day free slot play award the day after earning 800+ daily tier credits. Calculations are based on gaming day (6:00a – 5:59a).
- The more Tier Credits earned, the higher the bonus, up to the new $1,000 daily maximum.
- Offers will be loaded to the Promotional Kiosk and will be available the next day at 12pm, valid for 30 days. Rewards not claimed within 30 days will expire.

- Upon arrival at the Reno airport, luggage will be offloaded and placed curbside for you to claim. Proceed to the Ticket Counter with Sun Country Signage (between Allegiant and Delta) with your luggage for check-in. The ticket counter will close 60 minutes prior to departure.
