If you cancel for any reason (including changing trip dates) your credit card will be charged the $50 per person convenience fee.
Cancellations or no shows received 14 days or less prior to departure will be charged a cancellation fee of $250 per person. If your credit card does not have sufficient funds, your Express Comps will be charged the appropriate fee. These fees are being assessed and collected by the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino.
Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to departure to avoid a penalty. Any cancellation received less than 30 days prior to departure will result in a penalty fee of $400. This fee will be refunded if an acceptable documentation of a medical emergency for a traveler is provided. A death certificate of an immediate family member will also be considered. If you need to cancel on this trip, we'll do our best to fill your seats. If we're unable to fill your seats, you'll be charged the full cost of the airline seat(s) you've booked.
Each trip has a different cancellation policy that our team will be able to review with you at the time of booking. Typically, guests can cancel outside of 45 days or more from departure without penalty.
