Hi everyone –

We hope you’re off to a great start to the New Year and looking forward to a better 2021 for all!

At the end of 2020, we sent out a once-a-year survey to better understand your current state of travel, and what we could improve upon going into 2021. As we head into the new year, we wanted to reach out and let you know we’ve heard your feedback, and share what we’re looking forward to in 2021. 

Our goals for 2021

  • Maintain our commitment to uphold an unmatched level of customer service you won’t find anywhere else
  • Make the booking and travel process easy, with great flight times and dates
  • Bring back customer favorites (Weekend Trips to Tunica and Gulf Coast, Hot August Nights in Reno, a trip to Colorado (stay tuned!))
  • Include new excursions for trips (We’ve already introduced a new whale watching tour in San Diego, and a vintage PaddleboatTour in Lake Tahoe. More to come!)

And now, a few highlights from the survey:

QUESTION: On a scale of 1-10, how satisfied are you with Casino Gold Tours?

Over 77% of you gave us a 10 / 10. This is GREAT to see. We had quite a few 7s, 8s, and 9s as well. It’s our number one goal to make each experience with Casino Gold a great one, and I thank our entire team for upholding a great standard in doing so. Carmen goes above and beyond making each trip and booking a great experience, and making Casino Gold feel like one big family.

QUESTION: How do you prefer receiving your trip invitations?

72% of you preferred paper and email. One of our goals is to improve our digital presence, without being intrusive or over bearing. We will continue mailing paper offers as this is a priority for a majority of our guests. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for exclusive updates as well.  

QUESTION: Are you traveling? If not, when do you anticipate you'll be ready to travel again?

Nearly 50% of our respondents had not travelled yet, but plan to in the next six months. We’ll continue ramping up our schedule to meet everyone’s demands, and can’t wait to see you soon if it’s been a while.

QUESTION: If we went somewhere new, what trip idea excites you most?
  1. Beau Rivage
  2. Colorado
  3. Caesars Southern Indiana

We’re going to do our best to make it to all three of these locations (some very soon!). There are a few properties we’re unable to book due to factors outside of our control, but we’ve heard the message loud and clear to add in a few new properties, while continuing to visit our favorites.

QUESTION: Do you book with any other reps? If so, why?

83% of you book only with Casino Gold - thank you! If you do book with a host, we can match the offers you receive. We’ll continue adding new and exciting trips.

QUESTION: What’s your top priority for booking a trip?

1.   Destination

2.   Flight times / dates of the week

3.   Departure city

We’re making it a priority to get great flight times for our VIP trips. Thank you for the feedback on when your preference is when we do need to take an earlier or later time

QUESTION: Have you been on a charter?

Over 95% of you have been on a charter! Caesars will continue to offer great charter options for the times we don’t have VIP trips going. If you have any questions regarding the charter program, or a location you haven’t visited yet, give us a call!

QUESTION: What could we do better?

Many of these responses included feedback about departure times, including more excursions, and going to other cities. We’ve heard all this feedback, and taken it into consideration going into 2021. STAY TUNED!
