Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to departure to avoid a penalty. Â Any cancellation received less than 30 days prior to departure will result in a penalty fee of $400. Â This fee will be refunded if an acceptable documentation of a medical emergency for a traveler is provided. Â A death certificate of an immediate family member will also be considered.
